It takes a lot of people to make this a success and like you, they are all dedicated professionals who have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to play their part in supporting you and the work you do in reducing homelessness.

The NPSS Team

Tracy Hendren

Since establishing NPSS in 2013, the team has gone from strength to strength under Tracy’s leadership. Tracy has worked in housing and homelessness for over 20 years including in head of service roles at core cities and London. Previous to this Tracy managed the DCLG advisor team at central government.

Lindsay Megson

Since beginning her housing career in 2004, Lindsay has worked in both the statutory and voluntary sectors focusing on housing options and allocations. Lindsay is passionate about an early intervention and prevention approach to homelessness and on behalf of NPSS, gave evidence to the Communities and Local Government Committee as part of the scrutiny of the Homelessness Reduction Bill.

Claire Dyke

Claire has worked in housing for over 35 years, with the last 20 working in several local authorities delivering operational housing advice services as well as being responsible setting the strategic direction of those services.  Claire has significant experience of service improvement in a time where resources are scarce, and has achieved some major successes, including reshaping services to meet the challenges of the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.

Angie Rawlins

Angie joined the NPSS team in 2016, having worked in local government housing services for over 16 years.  As head of service for England’s largest unitary authority, Angie was responsible for bringing together four district council housing options and allocation teams and eliminating the use of bed and breakfast by aligning policies and creating an early intervention and prevention focused team.  Angie’s knowledge of the sector helps provide essential daily support and guidance to local authorities across the country.

Tommy Collins

Tommy has a strong background in policy development and stakeholder engagement, working predominantly in a registered provider setting. He most recently worked for the National Housing Federation, helping to shape national policy to create an environment where housing associations can deliver their social mission. He has experience in building relationships with politicians and partners that has enabled housing associations to thrive and has provided strategic leadership where culture change is needed. Tommy has worked in a number of housing management roles and is experienced in developing services within housing associations to prevent homelessness. 

Ieuan ap Rees

As an experienced head of service, Ieuan previously oversaw Ealing’s reduction of families in B&B from 600 to zero. Ieuan has successfully bid for, commissioned and managed subregional projects with a focus on preventing and tackling single homelessness, rough sleeping and providing suitable temporary accommodation. Ieuan is the team’s legislative expert; specialising on the Homelessness Reduction Act and its implementation across local authorities in England.

Housing Partners’ Products Team – turning great ideas into reality

Melanie Bridge, Product Owner (Discovery)

A recent addition to the Housing Jigsaw team, my role is to discover product features and enhancements to improve user experience and be the advocate for the customer within Housing Partners.

John Carthew, Director of Product

My role in the development of Jigsaw has been and is to ensure that: we build what the experts (NPSS and our customers) need and that we build it in the order they want it. We don’t over-promise and we deliver what we say we will deliver; we adapt and adjust what we will work on based on feedback from customers.

Gareth Evans, Senior Product Analyst

I work closely with NPSS to understand the challenges faced by practitioners and then work with the software developers to build tools that address these challenges.

The Implementation Team – ensuring your success with Housing Jigsaw

Greg Andrews, Head of Customer Operations

My role is to manage the customer-facing Implementation and Customer Support Team. The Implementation team have been responsible for the successful onboarding, training and configuration of our PRAH customers and now offer ongoing support. 

Jennie Atkins, Implementation Manager

My role, as an experienced implementation and training manager, is to ensure software is successfully implemented within Local Authorities and Housing Associations throughout the UK. Having worked in both the Private and Public sector for over 10 years, I play a crucial role within Housing Partners, working alongside our Product Team and Support Team to ensure our Customers get the best experience possible.

Richard Baker, Senior Technical Implementation Manager

A data evangelist offering technical support and data analysis expertise to a variety of stakeholders with varying degrees of technical knowledge. Project managing all data related aspects of implementations including technical setup configuration and training.

Zoe Banks,   Implementation Manager

My role within Housing Partners includes a few different aspects of supporting our customers. I am heavily involved in customer training and ongoing product support. As a 2nd & 3rd Line Support Analyst, my aim is to resolve complex queries that our customers face and make myself available to them when they most need our support.

Anthony Garrett, Technical Implementation Manager

After joining the team earlier this year I hit the ground running and haven’t stopped. My role varies vastly from day to day with the main aspect being the continued technical support of the various products within the Housing jigsaw suite.

Tammy Grimmett, 2nd line Support Analyst

My role as 2nd line Support Analyst, is to resolve those slightly more complex queries that come into our customer Support team. Making myself available for an in depth, personal and supportive approach to all of our customers, who may need some additional assistance. From over the phone training, H-Clic and Submission advice and guidance on report building.

Claire Stanford, Project Manager,  Implementation

My role at HPL is Project Manager for Implementation of the products we have on the market for the Jigsaw suite.   I have 13yrs Project Management experience working on various IT projects for medical and housing and police projects.  My personal goal of my role is to ensure our customers are communicated too clearly and non-technical language is used to avoid mis-interpretation.

Kevin Gilhooly, Regional Director

Kevin supports Housing Jigsaw by preparing tender responses, pitches and presentations. He has successfully launched new technology solutions into B2B, membership organisations and the public sector including local authorities, education and social housing

Jonathan Proctor, Regional Director

I joined Housing Partners as a Partnership Development Manager in 2018. My key role is to meet with local authorities and housing associations to discuss their needs and match Housing Partners solutions to generate maximised outcomes.

Simon Reynolds, Regional Director

I have been in housing since 2001, when I was a Project Officer at Lewisham Council, I was tasked with implementing a banding scheme and choice based lettings. I have been involved with CBL, Allocations and Homelessness software since then. I am now the partnership development manager for Wales and the South West of England.
